Devo’s Mark Mothersbaugh shares his massive synth collection

In this incredible video from Cool Hunting, we get a behind the scenes look at Devo’s Mark Mothersbaugh’s massive private synth collection. He gives us a tour of some amazing, drool-worthy synths including Bob Moog‘s personal MemoryMoog, a circuit bent drum machine and a vocal reverse box where Mothersbaugh proves that “We Love Sausage” is “Jesus Loves You” in reverse. It’s his answer to the rumors of reverse satanic verse in Ozzy Osbourne tracks.

“I started putting that in everything I did!” he says, “I put it in Rugrats, TV Commercials, I put in Devo songs. Any time I had a chance I put we Love Sausage in reverse!” Night Flight is honored to have a long history with Mothersbaugh and the Devo crew.
